​As a skilled and experienced facilitator, interviewer, trainer, and writer, I am able to open up meaningful dialogue, analyse emergent narratives, and synthesise themes and issues into meaningful insights, implementable recommendations, and useful content.

Due to working as a manager, project manager, workplace trainer, technical and creative writer, team leader, and theatre maker, I can draw on a breadth of experience that allows me to adapt to the needs and tone of any workplace. I am particularly adept at translating information between disciplines and using my facilitation skills to ensure smooth communications between stakeholders.
